|The Science-educational laboratory of “optic-holographic systems” of the department
“Laser optic-electronic systems” is researching and developing HOLOGRAPHIC technologies,
devices and systems for different type holograms producing, along with holographic and
difractional optical elements used in optic-electronic devices of optical information identification,
protection against forfeiting of documents, shares and other production. To maintain the
functioning of the laboratory in the ground floor room there took place repairments of the rooms,
so that the following devices are placed in the following way:
Room ¹1 – device for producing rainbow holograms with hidden coded images. There is also installed an n optical holographic table SIN-1M with the vibro-isolated base, placed on an individual isolated fundament. The optic holographic table has the necessary series of optical details and mechanic reuters, lasers He-Cd with the wave range λ=0,4416 mkm and He-Ne with the wave range λ=0,6328 mkm (see photo1).
Room ¹2 – The device to produce holographic optical elements(HOE) and details. There is also installed an optical holographic table SIN-1M with the vibro-isolated base, placed on an individual isolated fundament. The optic holographic table has the necessary series of optical details and mechanic reuters, lasers He-Cd with the wave range λ=0,4416 mkm and He-Ne with the wave range λ=0,6328 mkm.
Room ¹3 – a room for chemical treatment of holographic photoplats containing the necessary number of chemical dishes, a system of water filters for its clearing, the distillatory for producing the distilled water etc. The room is also equipped with the large-format photomaximisers, photographic devices, and the necessary series of chemical reactives.
Room ¹4 –it is a clean room for putting layers of holographic plats, equipped with a special system of air clearing (not more than 3 mkm), ventilation, thermodrawer for drying the plats etc, with the utmost clean conditions(see photo 2).
Room ¹5- there is a device for recording difractional optical elements (DOE) with the resolution up to 1,25 mkm placed on the optical bench OSK-2 type with the system of vibro- isolated base, and laboratory devices for the projection of micro-pictured plats, computer picture modificating, devices for reading hidden images by magnetic-optical means, the trial sample of collimator aim for the shooting weapon with the holographic optical element etc.
In the rooms ¹1,2,5 it is planning to carry out educational sessions with the students to:
1.Attach the students of the last grades from the corresponding specialization to the science- technical work of the students in the field of optic-holographic systems.
2.Establish the new laboratory practicum for the newly created study course “Optical holography’.
The science-researching work is held in the rooms ¹ 1- ¹ 5 of the 3.2.2. sector of the BMSTU for the budget and state agreements in the following directions:
1. Development and producing stands for recording, rehabilitating and producing rainbow holograms with the hidden coded images, holograms of Fourier and Frenel, holographic optic elements, holographic optics( for “Goznak”)
2. Developing and producing of the automatic stand for the recording computer-synthesized holograms and holographic optic elements using the Dot-matrix technology (for the center of optical researches Samsung electronics).
3. Theoretic researches in the development of methods of coding-decoding and digital modification of hidden images or optic-holographic systems (the institute of criminalistics of FSS of Russia).
4. Research, development and creation of optic-electronic and magnetic devices for the identification and control of holograms used for the protection against forfeiting (for the Goznak)
